We strive to craft narratives that inspire, entertain, and provoke thought, drawing upon the timeless essence of storytelling to bring impactful visions to life on the silver screen.
Alicia Godmasch
CEO, Adelheide Pictures
Alicia Godmasch is a Film producer and author. She grew up in Rockaway Township, New Jersey and eventually attended Fairleigh Dickinson University where she graduated magna cum laude with a bachelors degree in Business Management. Alicia went on to work as an Event Producer for some of the world's most successful multinational corporations before starting her career full time in the entertainment industry. In 2021, Alicia published her first novel, "Retrograde: The Darkness" a Science Fiction story about an elite army fighting an Ancient Evil force. The book was was given "two thumbs up" by TV Guide Magazine and was featured on Gizmodo's Must Read List for December 2021. Alicia is based in Atlanta and enjoys spending time with her nieces, nephews and brothers in Atlanta and North Carolina.

Joe Howell
Consulting Producer & Sound Engineer
Joe Howell is the Creative Director of Stage Ten Media with over 20 years of experience in film, music, and digital media production. He's held diverse roles including filmmaker, audio engineer, author, music producer, director, and songwriter. Joe has worked with top companies like ABC Television and prestigious studios such as NYC's Sony Studios and The Hit Factory. Notably, he secured a music publishing deal with Polygram/Universal Music Publishing. His work features on albums by LaFace/Arista Records, Bad Boy/Universal Records, and others, earning him ASCAP’s Rhythm and Soul Award and multiple RIAA awards. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems and is certified MCP, A+, and N+. He's contributed to Whitney Houston's record label Better Place/Elecktra Records and serves as a Director for the BigPictureCon Film & Technology Conference.
JANE APPLEGATE
Producer, Films & Events
Jane Applegate has produced a variety of feature films and documentaries, including To Keep the Light, a period drama set in Jonesport, Maine in the 1860’s and health docs for NBC and Discovery Health. She teaches the business of film course at the Feirstein Graduate School of Cinema at Brooklyn College. Applegate is the author of five books on business success and the co-founder of Showbizing.com, a company offering entertainment career guidance and production consulting.
AMY PRENNER
Consulting Partner, Public Relationships and Marketing
Amy Prenner, Consulting Partner at TPG, a public relations and marketing agency established in 2007 with offices in Los Angeles and New York. With over 20 years of experience, Amy specializes in entertainment publicity and marketing communications strategies, offering services such as public relations, communications strategy, and market evaluation. Notable clients include the Infinity Film Festival, John Travolta's 2019 Academy Awards campaign for "The Fanatic," Elf on the Shelf, Riot Games, Studio Movie Grill, and more. Amy has a strong track record of securing Emmy and Academy Award nominations for her clients and has worked with major cable networks like Epix, AMC, and NBC. She has also handled publicity efforts for events such as the Geekie Awards and the AMC Dish Networks Carriage Dispute.
GENE ANDREWS
Consulting Partner, Strategic Partnerships
Gene Andrews is no stranger to the entertainment industry. He is a classically trained vocalist and attended the MFA program at City College by opera great Dino Cassolis. He has also worked with Donnie Osmond, Roberta Flack and other secular artists. he was understudy to Ralph Carter (Good Times) in the original Broadway play “Raisin In The Sun”, He had a feature role in the Langston Hughes play “You’ve Taken My Blues And Gone” featuring Roscoe Lee Browne.

Gene’s business background took him to Wall Street gaining employment with The Bank of NY & Morgan Stanley working in the stock market Senior VP working on the trading floor in the Global Custody & ADR departments. His diverseness took his music and business experience relocating to Nashville, TN where he opened two successful clothing stores and launched Global Entertainment Group, a music management and production firm. Where he would start a career in music management and production Working with Dr. Bobby Jones Gospel (BET), Ben Tankard, Grammy Award groups Take Six and Living Colour (MCA), Country music star Tricia Yearwood. He was asked by Thomas Cain and Catherine Brewton who was a Senior Director at that time to invite Mr. Ben Tankard as the very first perfromer at the BMI Trailblazers Awards Ceremony held in Atlanta.
